Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please send an email to support@howler-audio.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Products returned without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We reserve the right to refuse returns that are not in their original condition or do not meet our return policy criteria.

Products must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories included. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether your refund has been approved.
