Important: this guide works with Android, macOS, Windows, and Linux. Unfortunately, iPhones cannot connect to Howler via USB-C due to Apple's limitations.

Troubleshooting
My device won't connect
  • Make sure your Howler is turned on, set to transfer, and connected with a USB-C cable.
  • Try a different USB port (if available) or cable.
  • Refresh the page and try again.
Permission was denied
  • Look for a permissions prompt in your browser (top of page).
  • Click "Allow" to grant access.
Do you offer freeaI'm using an iPhone shipping?
  • Unfortunately, iPhones can't access Howler via USB-C due to restrictions by Apple. Try using an Android device, Mac, or PC instead.
