What is Timetosser?
If you're not familiar with Timetosser: it's a standalone live re-sequencer that lets you sample and remix your music in real time. Connect your audio source, tap your tempo, and start flipping and resequencing what you're playing, right on stage. No laptop, no DAW required, no preparation needed.
Timetosser captures whatever you send it, holding it in a continuously updating buffer sliced up into 8 steps. The top row of buttons lets you jump to any point in that buffer, so you can reorder, reverse and reconstruct your music on the fly. Press the circle button and you're straight back in the live signal. It works with anything that has a line output: a mixer channel, a send/return, a drum machine, a modular setup. Hook it up, tap the beat, and play.
